I lead AI and CRM product at Rocket in Detroit. On nights and weekends I build my own AI teammates, a trading system, and an app that feeds babies and parents from the same groceries.

I lead the roadmap for Rocket's CRM, customer data, and AI, and I coach a team of four product managers. I've spoken on the Dreamforce stage twice.

Before that, buildings.

I started in private equity at Jamestown, building the fund model behind $3.3B of acquisitions. Then Bedrock in Detroit, where I led a team of three analysts and refinanced $883M of the portfolio.

I still treat every product like an investment.

The bots plan, build, and review the code. Nothing merges until the Reviewer passes that exact version, and no bot can approve a buy or move money. That part is still me.

06 · What I tore down

What I tore down.

My first AI harness, Corporate OS, grew to about 80,000 lines of Python, hooks, and instructions. The models got better, and I was spending more time maintaining it than building anything with it.

I rebuilt it down to what really matters. Tests and proof that the work does what it should are still mandatory, and each role still owns its part.
